You will be listed in the Provider administered PCR testing network with an integration for laboratory ordering from Canada Lab #1. Your testing location(s) will be available for patients to book a COVID test with you. As a member of the network you agree to provide sample collection services and return the sample to Canada Lab #1 or the shipping or courier service on the day the sample was collected. The cost of shipping and collection samples are covered by AZOVA or Canada Lab #1.
